Ak-Günler Co. Ltd. established in 1978 operates in tourism and since 2000 with growing investments it became a major and leading company in the sea transportation area in North Cyprus. Since 2003 we started operating jointly with Fergün Shipping as AKFER Sea Transportation.

After starting its operations with three hydrofoil type passenger ferries and one Ro/Ro passenger vessel with total of 593 passenger capacity, the company Akgünler Shipping has continued its way to reach the complete ownership of a fleet with eight vessels including 4 catamarans, 2 hydrofoils, 2 Ro/Ro Passenger vessels and additionally operates 1 time-charter Ro/Ro vessel all totaling to 2078 passengers and 850 lane meters trailer and car capacity. The vessels in the fleet are all classed and have ISM and ISPS certificates complying with all international requirements and SOLAS regulations. The company with its slogan ‘Speed Safety and Comfort’ contributes to sea transportation and tourism of the island of Cyprus and always aims to reach the best.
